Our client is a leading company in the logistics sector, providing innovative supply chain solutions. As an Account Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing processes within a dynamic and international team.
Your responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between clients and the organization to ensure smooth communication
Prepare and present KPI reports during monthly business reviews
Proactively follow up on all customer requests and requirements
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Manage recall procedures and track customer complaints
Handle special customer requests promptly and efficiently
Ensure accurate processing of customer orders
Bachelor’s level education preferred, with customer service experience a plus
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
Proactive, communicative, flexible, and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive and solution-focused attitude
You have a good knowledge of English

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
