Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate both internal and external signature processes, utilizing paper and electronic methods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and SharePoint systems.
- Draft and communicate quotations clearly and professionally.
- Keep stakeholders informed on contract status through timely communication.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
- A keen eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proactive and assertive communication style, able to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience or affinity with paralegal tasks is a plus, but not required.
