Job description


For our client in Ghent, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Supporting the dealers.
Managing the availability and distribution of service parts.
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.
Handling internal and external communication regarding orders and deliveries.
Contributing to sustainable development, improvement processes, and digitalization.

Requirements

- Experience in logistics is not required.
- Analytical mindset and helicopter view.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
- Flexible and able to prioritize.
- Skilled at juggling various inquiries and orders.
- Assertive communication style and team player.
- You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus but not a must.

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of English
You have a limited knowledge of Dutch
You have a limited knowledge of French
