AGO Office: Master Data Officer

Job description

For an international company active in the food industry, we are looking for a precise and structured Master Data Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately creating, managing, and optimizing product master data within the central systems (ERP/PLM). You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners.

- You are responsible for the accurate creation and maintenance of product master data within the central data systems (ERP/PLM).
- You ensure that all information is available in a timely and accurate manner for departments such as planning, sales, production, and controlling.
- You collect, verify, and manage data in a structured way and support the entire data process from A to Z.
- You are responsible for creating items at various levels: from ingredients and packaging to finished products and promotional materials.
- You identify discrepancies in the data and take the necessary actions to correct them.
- You act as the point of contact for assigned product groups and production sites.
- You work closely with various internal teams and external parties to ensure data quality.
- You support projects within your product group and assist with layout adjustments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- You actively monitor the product portfolio of your product group and take initiatives related to optimization and SKU management.
- You ensure accurate documentation and reporting of master data and provide ad-hoc information when needed.

Requirements

- You have obtained a Bachelor\'s degree or have relevant experience
- Initial experience in master data management is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Accurate, structured, and stress-resistant
- You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have an excellent knowledge of English
