Job description

For our client, a new logistics player, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Administrator. This role involves managing simple administrative tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes by assisting with documentation and system coordination.

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing documents such as delivery receipts and invoices, ensuring proper filing.
- Scheduling and managing loading and unloading slots through the digital system for optimal resource utilization.
- Acting as the point of contact for drivers, providing instructions and resolving questions about shipments and schedules.
- Accurately entering shipment details and updates into the warehouse management system.
- Communicating with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm scheduling and resolve issues.
- Providing general administrative support, such as preparing reports and managing office supplies.

Requirements

- Good computer skills and experience with data entry or slot booking systems (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
- Proficiency in either English or Dutch.
