• Set-up and preform laboratory experiments
• Assist and perform routine analysis of microbial crop protection products
• Testing equipment and documenting data
• You will also process data, communicate results and conclusion, and publish
experimental reports in addition to being responsible for laboratory machines and
upkeep.
• Achieving project goals using technical, role-specific skills and experience
• Introducing new procedures for instrument methods, equipment changes, or new
equipment
• Management, maintenance and troubleshooting of specific laboratory equipment.
• Provide support to ensure smooth operations in the lab
Experience with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Experience with preparation of analytical samples
• Hands-on HPLC experience to run/maintain the HPLC performance.
• You have a firm background in (bio)chemistry, with a Master degree or PhD related to
(bio)chemistry. A bachelor degree can be equivalent through experience.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate
records and follow protocols
• Ability to work independently is important. However, teamwork is essential to drive

to build strong relationships, actively listen to others, and contribute to open and
respectful communication.
