Job description

As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you provide technical support, solving hardware and electronic issues for end-users, dealers, and market companies in your language area. You also offer regular feedback on products to quality managers and developers and manage market information to prevent recurring customer questions and problems.

Requirements

-Strong technical background in Connectivity, Telematics, and Fleet Management Systems
-Passionate about automotive technologies and connected services
-Skilled in interpreting technical documentation
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
-Proficient in remote issue resolution
-Fluent in English and another European language

You have an excellent knowledge of English
