We are looking for concrete workers who will be responsible for:
- Assembling formwork
- Pouring concrete into the assembled formwork
- Removing formwork from custom-made products
- Finishing custom-made products
- Removing the piece from the mold and dismantling the casting form
- Manufacturing prestressed elements using: A prestressing bench (formwork plates, beams, corrugated sheets, etc.)
- Manufacturing prestressed elements using: Casting molds (straight beams, I-beams, crossbeams)
- Placing reinforcing steel, reinforcements, inserts, recesses, etc., in the casting mold or prestressing bench
- Marking and labeling products (reference, etc.)
- Cleaning machines, equipment, casting molds, and tools (extrusion machine, prestressing bench, etc.)
- Determining the composition and dimensions of a casting mold, the type of reinforcement, and the method of casting and demolding depending on the piece to be produced
- Pouring concrete into the casting mold or the prestressing bench
- Fabricating steel reinforcements
- Performing surface treatments on casting molds (brushing, bending, sandblasting, chipping, retouching, etc.)
- Preparing materials (wires, steel cables, etc.) and concrete for the production of the product (prestressed concrete, concrete blocks, etc.)
- Checking the conformity of the finished pieces (flatness, perpendicularity, etc.) and taking samples for analysis
- Assembling formwork (in metal, wood, PVC, etc.)
- Finishing and refining pieces (adjusting corners, sealing socket holes, removing cement paste, etc.)
You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have a good knowledge of English
You have a good knowledge of Polish
You have a good knowledge of Romanian
