For a leading player in the transportation industry, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor.
This role involves
- Managing financial queries to achieve KPIs related to Cash Flow and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely invoice payments, and addressing invoice errors.
- Representing the Finance Team in monthly market meetings to oversee invoice quality.
- Handling the entire customer/dealer query resolution process, from initiation to completion
- Contributing to Volvo’s continuous improvement by providing valuable feedback.
- Proactive problem-solving ability, with an aptitude for negotiating and seeing the broader implications.
- Strong customer focus, dedicated to delivering optimal solutions and service.
- Confident communication skills, adaptable to diverse customer interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently towards deadlines and targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, supportive of colleagues.
- Fluency in English, good knowledge of French, German is an asset.
