As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our internal service department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily follow-up of shipment statuses for your clients.
- Informing existing clients about their shipments through Track & Trace.
- Providing accurate responses to questions from both new and existing clients.
- Acting as an expert on Schenker’s general service offerings.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize our processes and services.
- Carefully registering client complaints and seeking long-term solutions.
- Sharing relevant client information with operational colleagues.
- Collecting key information from new clients to pass on to our sales departments.
- Minimum A2 diploma; a Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
- Experience in the transport or logistics sector in a client-oriented role.
- Strong customer focus — for you, the customer is king!
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
- A team player with a collegial attitude.
- Loyal, commercial, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Able to perform well under stress.
- Fluent in German and English; good knowledge of French is an asset.
