What you’ll do
- Coach and mentor Customer Support Advisors, acting as their first point of escalation.
- Lead training for new starters, teaching systems, processes, and customer focus.
- Promote and deliver training on new processes and systems.
- Review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with dealer networks, market contacts, and other support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Take a proactive, customer-first approach, thinking creatively to solve challenges.
- You have several years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communicator, able to adapt your style to different people and situations.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experienced in coaching, training, and providing feedback to colleagues.
- A true team player who values collaboration and growth.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.
