You will join a high-tech research center that works on the technologies of tomorrow. As a Lab Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting scientific experiments and contributing to research outcomes. Responsibilities
- Prepare test chips, including cleaning and pre-treatment (e.g., UV or plasma exposure).
- Assemble experimental setups and carefully connect flow cells, electrodes, and microfluidic systems.
- Perform routine nanopore measurements using laboratory equipment and software, under supervision and in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide general laboratory support, managing materials and equipment to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of and adherence to laboratory safety practices.
- Experience with basic laboratory techniques and confident use of micropipettes.
- Precise, resilient, and able to perform repetitive tasks with care.
- Eager to learn, capable of working independently after onboarding, and reliable in following procedures.
- Good command of the English language.
