Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a variety of administrative duties.
Managing the EVP’s agenda and that of the broader team.
Coordinating and organizing meetings (internal and external), events, business travel, and business lunches.
Following up on action items
Project assistance
coordinating with vendors
Facilitating communication between internal teams and external contacts.
Overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Extensive experience in a management assistant role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), SharePoint, and OneDrive. SAP experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
A hands-on approach, stress resilience, and a drive to get things done efficiently.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Any knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
You have a very good knowledge of English
This is a temporary assignment offering you the chance to join a dynamic team.
Assignment duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Start date: January 2025
Work schedule: Full-time
