As a Pilot Line Engineer within the Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) team, you are responsible for ensuring process and tool stability through qualification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You play a vital role in maintaining uptime and product quality by investigating issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Your work directly contributes to the successful delivery of advanced technological applications used across diverse industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Qualify, stabilize, and optimize processes and tools in a cleanroom environment.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and support first-line troubleshooters.
- Perform in-depth root cause analyses and develop structural improvements.
- Monitor process stability and reproducibility, proactively addressing fluctuations.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive process enhancements.
- Accurately document findings, procedures, and results.

You have:
- A Master’s degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent by experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-driven, problem-solving mindset.

- A team-oriented spirit, yet you work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
