For the BENDING/FURNACE department, we are looking for a TECHNICAL OPERATOR! Your role is the operation of ovens where you control and monitor the process of bulb making. Duties may include...:
- Setting parameters such as speed, temperature, type, ...
- You follow up the heat + cooling process.
- You are alert for possible alarms of the installations and can remedy these where possible.
- You assist the technical team with maintenance tasks.
- You adjust the program when changing the type of glass/mould.
- You communicate with and to colleagues about the process.
- You organize the workspace according to 5S.
- You are willing to work 3 shifts?
- You are flexible towards working hours on weekdays and weekends?
- You have the necessary technical insight and problem solving skills?
- You prefer a warm environment?
- You are willing to perform physical work?
- You are precise and have an eye for detail?
- You already have experience with parameter setting on industrial machines?
- You show strong communication skills, both to your supervisor, direct colleagues and other departments?
- You can work independently?
You have a good knowledge of English
