What does it involve?
You’ll get the chance to learn and grow on the job for two full years. The first year focuses on the operational process, where you’ll contribute to improvements and develop your leadership skills. You’ll explore different departments and operations, challenging yourself to get the best out of your abilities.
In the second year, you can focus on the aspects that appeal to you most. Whether you’re a born manager or prefer to dive deeper into operations or systems, we give you the freedom to follow your interests. Think of roles such as Key Account Manager, Project Manager, Solutions Engineer, Business Support, Process Operator, Finance and even international career opportunities are within reach!

- You recently obtained your bachelor’s degree, preferably in a logistics, economics, or management-related field (e.g., logistics management, business management, commerce, languages...).
- You are a true people person: you gain energy from guiding and coaching others.
- In stressful situations, you stay calm and make confident decisions.
- You are solution-oriented and remain composed under pressure.
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy learning new things.
- You are flexible when it comes to working hours (shift work) and tasks.
- You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus.
You have a very good knowledge of English
