For an international glass processing company in Zwijnaarde, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE PLANNER!

Your role...:
* Prepare/manage preventive maintenance plans and to-do lists
* In case of problems, prepare and plan corrective actions
* Maintain functional locations, BOMS (SAP - track/compile
replacement parts) & technical documentation
* Create/manage orders for spare parts and materials
* Preparing and planning maintenance stops/shutdowns + contributing to optimisation
* Planning maintenance activities per workstation/department
* Preparation of analyses (e.g. work cost estimation, downtime, etc...)
* Develop improvement measures (based on Root Cause Analysis)
* Devise strategies (e.g.: optimising storage and ordering of parts)
* Creating new locations/stations
* Supporting external partners/contractors in planning and coordination
* Good knowledge of 5S
* Command of English (if also command of Dutch is a PLUS POINT!)
* Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and database
* Strong planning and organisation skills (e.g.: drawing up planned activities + ordering
ordering materials, requesting/scheduling external partners and/or contractors, scheduling regular
technicians on the correct activities, drawing up time schedules)
* Being able to set priorities (e.g.: putting upcoming shutdown first in time, replacing a
part replacement is more urgent at one place than another, etc...)
You have a good knowledge of English
